Our house in SA
Pictures below of the inside. As you will see, much modernisation is still required - including getting rid of all the strip lighting!! We have now ordered 36 blinds for all windows inside, and are just awaiting the house to be painted before fitting. I once counted all the windows, a grand total of 184!!
Master bedroom before
I'll add more pictures of the house as we finish decorating

Apart from the ample parking space in the garden, there is also a large double garage on the side - see pic below (taken on left hand side of house

Double garage, and to the left there is also another carport - big enough for 4 or 5 cars. We may use this for the cheesemaking
Moving round from the garage you can see the flat. The large door to the left is actually another garage, big enough for 2 cars end to end, but it's used as a workshop. We could knock the middle wall through and use the whole building for cheesemaking, as there is already plumbing etc. but we would lose the option of letting out the flat.. choices choices!!
Moving to the back of the flat, looking up the other side of the house. We have a few fruit trees growing. There are figs, oranges, pears, apples and I think grapefruit.
The remainder of the rear garden, almost 1 acre. The trees to the right are the boarder to our plot next door, another acre. Not quite sure what to do with this as yet, but ideally the building of 4 houses.
Lastly, a couple of pictures taken from Google Earth, showing a few items
and one from 2500ft

Indoor Braai area - in need of a pool table, bar and a few other items. Size wise it's a good 10m x 6m

I had a bar built and bought a double door chiller (yes Dad it's well stocked) Still waiting for the bar top, but the tree was felled a couple of months ago and I just need a plan to get it into a nice bar top. The wood is Bluegum and very nice. Plenty of wood under the braai for many fires!!

We just had a 65 meter wall built at the front. Building in progress below
Finished below - complete with electric gate, just awaiting the rubbish to be cleared away

Kitchen - the door leads to bedrooms and the arch on the right leads to the scullery and out into the braai area

Scullery. As you can see, all the cabinets are in solid yellow wood, but they do look dated. I want steel and granite!
Master bedroom after. No real change, just our furniture. Note the crossbow by the bed. I'm not allowed a gun license as yet, but the bolt has a hunting tip which will take down a Kudu!! If someone breaks in they will leave in a body bag.
